Assessor and Project Manager 

Fire Lantern is seeking two ambitious self-starters, who want to deliver positive impact to workers globally. We are looking for an Assessor and Project Manager based in Mexico (preferably in the Mexico City Area) and based in the US (preferably Dallas, Chicago, or Atlanta).

As an Assessor & Project Manager, you will

  • Execute factory-monitoring programs in US, Canada, and Mexico including auditing, training, remediation and follow-up
  • Develop and deliver training opportunities that increase internal and external awareness and promotion of strong compliance
  • Identify regional and country based benchmarks
  • Educate suppliers and Clients in all aspects of Compliance
  • Plus any other requirements as directed by Management

Professional Experience

  • 2 years or above relevant experience in Social Compliance auditing
  • 2+ years general management / leadership experience
  • SA8000 Auditor Certification, ISO 9000:2008 Certification, or equivalent is a plus
  • Possess knowledge of International labor standards and human rights issues are preferred
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, Mandarin and Cantonese a plus
